Upcoming Nia Class Routines

Nia is a holistic form of cardio dance fitness.  It's a workout that heals the body, mind, spirit and emotions.  I am not exaggerating when I say, Nia helped save my life. 



It has a Purposeful design to INCREASE JOY, decrease negativity and to create a HEALTHY body, in every way- joints, nervous system, agility, mobility, strength... all are given attention. 

Classes are one hour, choreographed and have a focused intent.  You are always (always) encouraged to do what is right for your body- find "The Body's Way" to move, and you will reap the benefits immediately.
